If you think you have what it takes to be a VI Associate Manager, then read on. We seek candidates with the following:
Education and Experience- At least 2 years restaurant supervision or other supervisory experience
- A degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel/Restaurant Management or other related field is preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
- Serve Safe Food and/or Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications also a plus
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Certification through the Village Inn Management Training Program required after hire

- Able to follow menu specifications and recipes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Successful completion of required training after hire
